The "Moritz Rd Hay Pasture" is a gorgeous hayfield outside Meyersville, TX, in Victoria County. The 49.25 +/- of Ag-exempt acres have over 1300 ft of frontage on Moritz Rd and are just a 1/4 mile from FM 237.

The excellent hay pasture is gently sloping and comprises mostly Klein grass and other native grasses. Several huisache trees have recently been removed and sprayed to optimize hay production. The entrance to the property has approximately 10 acres of brush with a functional water well in place. There is a second water well with a casing in the hayfield used in the past, but not currently in operation.

Improvements include a functioning water well and a new 144 sq ft concrete slab metal well house building. There is an electric meter in place providing power from Victoria Electric Coop. The property is perimeter fenced with some improvements needed on Moritz Rd and on the Southwest fence line. A second water well that was used in the past is located in North pasture, however it is not hooked up or in service.
