Real Estate and Escrow Expertise: To add to her real estate knowledge, Medea wanted to learn more about the Title side of transactions. From 2016 until 2021, she served as an Escrow Officer with an emphasis in Business Development while managing a Title fee Attorney office. She has skillfully learned the ins and outs of real estate transactions, making her an invaluable asset to Brand X Land & Ranch and our clients.

Legal and Management Experience: Before becoming a Realtor, Medea worked in management at two international law firms and a regional firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area: Baker & Botts LLP, Jones Day, and Winstead PC. This background has provided her with unparalleled knowledge, making her a crucial partner for clients and our team as they navigate transactions and build and maintain client relationships.

Community Involvement: Medea's commitment to community service is a testament to her values and dedication. She has served on business association boards and is an active member of several Texas area Chambers of Commerce. Her involvement in these organizations highlights her commitment to fostering strong community connections and supporting local businesses.

Personal Interests: Medea finds joy in her interests and hobbies. Originally from Nashville, TN, she and her husband Lance, a Texas native, share a love for the outdoors and road trips with their dog, River. They cherish their time with family in Tennessee and Texas. Medea also nurtures her passion for music, singing professionally and performing in Texas and surrounding states.
