Kendrick Baros is a licensed Texas real estate broker and land specialist with extensive experience representing farm, ranch, recreational, and commercial properties throughout Texas. Licensed since 2007 and founder of Brand X Land & Ranch Group, Kendrick combines firsthand land knowledge with decades of sales and business experience, strategic marketing, and an extensive network of landowners, buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.

A fifth-generation Texan, Kendrick grew up working alongside his family on their ranch in Cuero, where ranching remains part of his life today. He continues to work cattle and stay actively involved with the family ranch, giving him a practical understanding of rural property that extends well beyond the transaction. His experience with cattle, wildlife, water, land use, and property values helps him recognize the characteristics that matter to landowners and the buyers searching for these properties.

Rural real estate also has deep roots in Kendrick's family. From an early age, he watched his father and uncle build successful careers in the business. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, Kendrick spent more than 18 years in sales management and construction sales before making real estate his full-time focus. That background in business, marketing, construction, and sales continues to shape how he evaluates property, identifies opportunities, negotiates transactions, and positions land for the marketplace.

Today, Kendrick brings that combination of real-world ranch experience and professional sales expertise to every client he represents. Whether working with a longtime ranching family, a landowner preparing to sell, an investor evaluating an opportunity, or a buyer searching for the right property, his approach is straightforward: understand the land, understand the client's goals, and work hard to bring the two together.

An avid outdoorsman, Kendrick enjoys hunting and fishing and remains actively involved in his community. Away from work and the ranch, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Stacy, and their sons, Brayden and Weston.
