Welcome to the Coastal Retreat! This 264 acre property provides the perfect spot for the family or sportsman to spend their time enjoying the outdoors. Located on the outskirts of Austwell, Texas in Refugio County, the property has Farm to Market 2040 access and boasts partial brush as well as open pastures. It is the perfect habitat for all the various types of wildlife that frequent this area including turkey, whitetail deer, feral hogs, bobcats, and coyotes. This retreat is right across the road from San Antonio Bay! Owner has been raising and upgrading the road system throughout the property.

LAND: The 264 acres has open fields of native grasses and regrowth with oak motts scattered throughout. There is a creek that runs through the middle to help with the drainage of excess water. The property has a few areas that are within FEMA flood plain maps but majority of the property is outside those zones. It is fenced on all sides and cross-fenced in the middle.

Austwell, Texas is a small community between Port Lavaca, TX and Rockport, TX. A small, friendly community which boasts a nice boat ramp and city park on the Bay. It is a short drive to Rockport for restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
